Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the myRP.buildwebsite (the “Site”) handles information. myRP.buildis a product of Otaku Solutions, based in California, USA. We’ve tried to keep this in plain English.

Important: this policy is about the website only. The myRP.build desktop app — where accounts, billing, and resource generation actually happen — is governed by its own separate terms and privacy notice inside the app.

What we collect

The Site is a static marketing site. We collect very little:

• Newsletter email. If you choose to subscribe, we collect the email address you submit so we can send you updates. That email is handled by a third-party email provider (see Third parties below).
• Anonymous usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic — things like which pages are visited and rough performance metrics. This data is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

What we don’t collect

To be clear about what the Site does not do:

• No accounts or sign-in on the website.
• No payment or billing on the website — subscriptions are handled inside the app.
• No first-party backend storing your personal data from the Site.
• No selling of your personal information.

Third parties

A few services help us run the Site. Each has its own privacy practices:

• Vercel — hosts the Site and provides the cookieless Analytics and Speed Insights described above.
• Our email provider— receives and stores newsletter email addresses so we can send updates. (We’ll name the provider here once finalized.)
• External destinations you click out to— such as GitHub (downloads), Discord, YouTube, and X. Once you leave the Site, those services’ own privacy policies apply.

Cookies

Our analytics is cookieless— it does not set tracking cookies on the Site. If you subscribe to the newsletter, our email provider may set its own cookies as part of handling the form submission; that’s governed by their policy.

Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

Because Otaku Solutions is based in California, we extend the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• The right to know and access the personal information we hold about you.
• The right to request deletion of that information.
• The right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell your information).
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

In practice, the main personal data the Site holds is a newsletter email you chose to give us. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@otakusolutions.io. You can also unsubscribe from any newsletter email using the link in that email.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
