These terms cover your use of the myRP.build website (the “Site”), operated by Otaku Solutions in California, USA. They’re written to be readable, not to trip you up.
Important: these terms are about the website only. The myRP.build desktop app — including accounts, subscriptions, and resource generation — is governed by its own separate terms and end-user license agreement (EULA) presented inside the app.
Acceptance
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What this site is
The Site is an informational marketing front door for myRP.build. It describes the product, links to the download, and lets you subscribe to updates. It does not host your account or process payments — that all lives in the desktop app under the app’s own terms.
License to use the site
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by trying to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law. The Site’s content, branding, and design remain the property of Otaku Solutions.
The software download
The myRP.build application available for download is provided “as is” and “as available”, and its use is governed by the app’s own terms and EULA. Linking to a download from the Site is not a warranty about the software.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otaku Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services — such as GitHub, Discord, YouTube, and X. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes relating to the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
